I need to obtain deck logs for USS Horne DLG-30 from July to December 1971. How to submit a request and do payment?

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the Logbooks of U.S. Navy Ships and Stations, 1941-1983 in Record Group 24 of the USS Horne (DLG-30) for July to December 1971. For access to the deck logs, please contact the National Archives at College Park -Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov.
