Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and locate 13 series of different statistical censuses conducted by the Population Division of the Bureau of the Census during the 1920s & 1930s. One in particular may be of interest -- Reports, Correspondence, and Other Records Relating to Immigration Quota Laws and National Origin Statistics, ca. 1920 - 1936. For access to these series or questions about other series in the Records of the Bureau of the Census (Record Group 29), please contact the National Archives at Washington, DC (RDT1) via email at archives1reference@nara.gov.
Such population statistics may have been compiled by the California State Archives and/or Santa Clara County. Please contact these agencies using the links provided.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
