Dear JR Phelps,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series Case Files of Approved Pension Applications of Widows and Other Dependents of the Army and Navy Who Served Mainly in the Civil War and the War With Spain, 1861 - 1934 but were unable to locate a pension for the widow of Elias J. Brown or Elias Mow. Since these records are in the custody of the National Archives at Washington, DC (RDT1), we suggest that you contact RDT1 via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for an explanation.
We hope this is helpful.

Looking for the actual documents these refer to.
Elias J. Brown and his widow received pensions according to the index to Civil War & later pension files. The amount each received would be included in the file. You would have to request the file from the National Archives in Washington DC. Make certain that you include all the application & certificate numbers and the C number at the bottom of the card.
