Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled Vietnam Conflict Prisoners of War (POW), Missing In Action (MIA), and Detainee Intelligence Files , 1944 - 1986 in the Records of the Army Staff (Record Group 319). The records are arranged alphabetically by surname of individual and are still classified. For more information about access to these records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov and provide the specific name of interest to you.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!

Any idea where their debriefing records might be kept?
