    1930 census

    Newbie

Is it possible to get a certified copy of a page of the 1930 census?

          Dear Ms. Poore,

Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the series titled Population Schedules for the 1930 Census in the Records of the Bureau of the Census (Record Group 29). These records are in the custody of the National Archives at Washington, DC (RDT1) and the originals are only available on microfilm. To order copies and have them certified, please use Order Online and after logging in, click on “order reproductions” OR use a NATF Form 82 and email it as an attachment to archives1reference@nara.gov.

We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your family research!
