Seeking Supreme Court records from 1905

    Carole Albyn Newbie

Supreme court records from 1905. I need the exceptions submitted on behalf of Minerva Walker who had been convicted of murder. The court ruled her trial had been illegal and ordered a new trial on 17, Feb. 1905. She was initially tried and convicted of murder in March, 1904. She killed William A. Russell, a constable for Madison Station (now Madison, Alabama) at her home November 16, 1903. A 150 page exceptions report was filed on her behalf. The newspapers give a variety of accounts of why Constable Russell was at her home. How do I obtain these records?
