They have images of WWI draft cards. I did find one for Carlton Alfonso Rogers from Washington Co. GA (DOB Jan 1, 1878/9; occupation farmer), but was not able to attach the file. The First World War selective service (draft) records (including the 4th registration) are in the custody of the National Archives at Atlanta (RE-AT), 5780 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, GA 30260. For access to and/or copies of these cards, please contact RE-AT via email at altanta.archives@nara.gov.. They are also available digitally on familysearch.org as Ms. Stachnik suggested.
