Seeking information re William Clearance Garrett, Navy 1946

Looking for anything about William Clarence Garrett, US Navy 1946. He was born in 1926 I think. He married a lady named Ellen Brown and had one child (girl) in 1946.  All I have is a picture holding me at about 2 months of age.
