Reviewing: Delete formatting or leave as is?

Hi! In reviewing transcriptions, what should I do if I encounter lines that have been added to the date heading of a journal entry? Here is an example: https://crowd.loc.gov/campaigns/clara-barton-angel-of-the-battlefield/diaries-and-journals-1901-1911/mss119730058/mss119… Am encountering some very good transcriptions that have these lines, and I'm not sure whether I should delete the lines--because they are not in the original journal entry--or ignore the lines. Thanks, K
