Official Personnel Files (OPFs) for individuals who worked for the U.S. Railroad Administration (USRA) are in the custody of the National Archives at St. Louis (RL-SL), P.O. Box 38757, St. Louis, MO 63138 or email stl.archives@nara.gov. In your request. please include full name used during employment, date of birth, Social Security Number (if applicable), location of USRA office, and beginning and ending dates of employment. In addition, Pension Claim Files, 1934 - 2001 of the Railroad Retirement Board Records are in the custody of the National Archives at Atlanta (RE-AT).
