Seeking archived records for William John Herman (RAAF)

Seeking archived records for the late William John Herman. I am the sibling of the late Flt Lt. William John Herman (RAAF). I am seeking to locate and have his history either emailed or posed to me here in Canberra, Australia. The Late W.J. Herman,was my father and he served in the RAASF until he passed away in I believe about 2012.
