Seeking passenger list for ship from Spain to Los Angeles in 1907

Hello!

Can you help me ? I'm French and I am researching about my Spanish great-grandfather, Francisco Vega Solana. He went to Los Angeles (USA) in 1907 to make money. The situation was difficult in Spain. He worked there 1907 to 1913. He came from the city of Santander. I don't know what ship he took to go to the USA and I don't know what sort of work he made. He returned to Spain in 1913. I would like to find him in the passengers registers (for example) but I'm looking for any archives I can collect. He was born the 30 April of 1886 in Villaescusa (Spain, Cantabria)

We searched the National Archives Catalog and located a series titled Passenger Lists of Vessels Arriving at San Pedro, Wilmington, and Los Angeles, California, 6/29/1907 - 6/30/1948 in Record Group 85. It has an index. For access to and/or copies from both, please contact the National Archives at Washington, DC (RDT1) via email at archives1reference@nara.gov.
