Personal Benefits Statement Form PBC 10 (Rev 2.14)

    Newbie

I've been trying since September 2018. I need an updated copy of my FERS Personal Benefits Statement.  Last one I have is dated January 2014. I have sent out a written request in Oct 2018 to the National Archives and Records Administration, National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) in Val Meyer, Il, only to receive a package with everything in it but an updated Personal Benefits Statement Form PBC 10 (Rev 2.14). Any idea how a former (non-retired) employee can get an updated copy of this??

          Dear Mr. Dziedzic,

Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!

Since you left Federal Service, your Official Personnel File (OMPF) was sent to the Civilian Personnel Records, National Personnel Records Center in Valmeyer, IL. The information requested would not be on file at the National Personnel Records Center.

Questions relating to FERS retirement and benefits should be directed U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Retirement Operations Center, P.O. Box 45, Boyers, PA 16017.

          We hope this is helpful.
