Location of personal papers of Abie Abraham

    James Burnett Wayfarer

Abie Abraham, WWII veteran and prisoner of war in Bataan, remained in the Philippines after WWII to help locate graves and identify remains during recovery process. His personal records included a rather large card file that was subsequently utilized by the graves/recovery group and his personal papers included correspondence from POW family members as well as correspondence related to his assignment.  I am trying to determine if these papers (in whole or in part) are included in NARA holdings, either as a part of the official record or as documents ceded to NARA by Abie or family members. If they do exist, can you suggest the record group holdings?
