          Dear Mr. Krupyshev,

Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!

The National Archives Collection of Foreign Records Seized (Record Group 242) include captured German and Italian military records. A listing of these captured records can be found on our website located at https://www.archives.gov/research/captured-german-records/.  To view the descriptive pamphlet associated with a microfilm publication, follow these steps: (1) go to www.archives.gov; (2) click “Research Our Records;” (3) click “Microfilm Catalog;” (4) in the first search box (Search by Microfilm Publication Number or Keyword) enter the microfilm publication number (for example, T315) in the search box and click “search;” (5) click the hyperlinked title of the publication; (6) click “View Important Publication Details” (an Adobe PDF document will open).

Reference copies of the microfilm may be viewed free of charge in the Microfilm Reading Room (Room 4050), National Archives at College Park, 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, MD 20740-6001. If you have additional questions regarding available microfilm, you may wish to contact the staff of the Microfilm Reading Room directly. The telephone number is (301) 837-2015.

We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
