We searched the Records of U.S. Army Forces in the Middle Pacific, 1942-46 (Record Group 494) and located three series that may contain the information you are seeking -- Correspondence Relating to Evacuation of Civilians from Hawaii, 1941 - 1945; Index for Correspondence Related to Civilian Transportation, 1942 - 1943; and List of Military Passengers, 1942 - 1945 -- but you will need to compile the listing. The last series listed is 16mm microfilm.
