Hawaii internment and arrest records for suspected enemy aliens

Hello,

I am trying to figure out where I might find records on the arrest warrant and internment of Alfred Preis, who was arrested an interred as an enemy alien in Honolulu, Hawaii after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Preis was interred for several months at the Sand Island detention facility. As these arrests were carried out under the US military, the Hawaiian state government does not have records. Any advice on where to locate internment records would be greatly appreciated!

We searched the Internee Case Files of the Military Government of the Territory Hawaii Alien Processing Center in the Records of U.S. Army Forces in the Middle Pacific (World War II), 1940-1950 (RG 494) and located a case file for Alfred Preis (ISN-HG-51-CI). For access to or copies this file unit, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov.
