Thank you for posting your question to History Hub!
Although more extensive research would be needed to determine the location of the first telephone booth, the Alexander Graham Bell Family Papers is one resource available to you from the Manuscript Division at the Library of Congress.
The contents and arrangement of the Bell Family Papers are described by an online finding aid, and selected items from the collection are available on the Library of Congress’ Web site. The remainder of the collection is available to researchers in the Manuscript Reading Room.
If you have not done so already, you may also with to contact the Massachusetts Historical Society.
Please do not hesitate to reply if you have any other questions, and best of luck on your research!
