Thank you for posting your question to History Hub. The series Ratified Amendments, 1795-1992, which is held at the National Archives facility in Washington, D.C., includes certified copies of joint resolutions of Congress proposing Amendments 11 to 27 to the Constitution, as well as related ratification papers, certificates, and correspondence. Digitized copies of these records can be viewed using the “Search within this series” tab in the catalog entry. For more information about these amendments, please contact Archives1Reference@nara.gov. Best of luck with your project!
