2 people found this helpfulDear Mr. Schneider,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the series titled Exercise Files, 1954-1962 but since the files are roughly arranged by exercise name, we were unable to determine if XIV Corps or Fifth Army were involved in these exercises. The most prominent names of the Exercises were SAGEBRUSH, FOLLOW-ME, BREAKTHROUGH, BRIGHT STAR, CLOVERLEAF, PINE CONE, DARK CLOUD, EAGLE WING, DRAGON HEAD, DRY HILLS, ELKHORN, JUMP LIGHT, LAVA PLAIN, LUCKY DELTA, QUICK STRIKE, and DESERT STRIKE.
We strongly suggest that you come and look through the records in person. For access to these records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov. RDT2 is located at 8601 Adelphi Road, College Park, MD, near the University of Maryland--College Park campus.
