Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and various finding aids of the Fifth Army & XIV Corps for Command Post Exercise Hauler III in 1960 but were unable to locate information pertaining to it.
We also searched the internet and only located two newspaper articles - one from the The La Crosse Tribune from La Crosse, Wisconsin on July 25, 1960 and the other from The Capital Times from Madison, Wisconsin on July 22, 1960.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!

I'm reading some of these articles that you sent and it states " Hauler III "was considered a Transportation Logistical exercise that was at Camp McCoy. I stand corrected Fort McCoy became a Fort I believe in the 70's. Was curious if you think this type of CPX might be in the Transportation Corps records of the Fifth Army.
Thanks,
Elliot Schneider

Thank you for posting our follow-up request on History Hub!
We searched the Records of U.S. Army Operational, Tactical, and Support Organizations (World War II and Thereafter) (Record Group 338) and located records pertaining to the Fifth Army Transportation Division. None of them included files or reports about the Command Post Exercise called Hauler III.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
