Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the series titled Publication Record Set Files and Other Records of the XIV Corps, 1958 - 1967 in RG 338 and located general orders of the XIV Corps for 1960-1962. We were unable to locate any inspection reports. For access to these records, please contact the National Archives in College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov.

As stated in my earlier response, we located general orders of the XIV Corps for 1960-1962 ONLY. No other general orders were located.
