              Dear Mr. Doneker,

Thank you for posting your requests on History Hub!

According to the Nationwide Graveside Locator, Stephen John Cosciniak, Jr. served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and is buried at the BG WILLIAM C DOYLE VET'S MEMORIAL CEMETERY in Wrightown, NJ.

Any information about his service would be included in his Official Military Personnel Files (OMPFs) and medical records of enlisted men and officers of the U.S. Navy who were separated from the service after 1956 and prior to January 31, 1994 are located at NARA's National Personnel Records Center, (Military Personnel Records), 1 Archives Drive, St. Louis, MO  63138-1002.  A GSA SF 180 should be used to request these records. Certain information in the records is not available to the general public without the written consent of the veteran or his next of kin.

Any information about his high school records should be in the custody of the high school he attended.

We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your search!
