USRA blueprints/drawings relating to steam locomotives?

Record group 14 (Records of the U.S. Railroad Administration) https://catalog.archives.gov/id/343 doesn't appear to identify in the ARC any records series that have Architectural/Engineering Drawings pertaining to the steam locomotives designed under the auspices of the USRA around World War I (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USRA_standard for a listing of designs.)

Would such drawings have been filed somewhere with the USRA records? So far I haven't been able to scare up much in the ARC relating to locomotive drawings of any sort... would such drawings have been filed in a RG other than 14?

Dear Mr. Yapp,
There are no extant engineering drawings or photographs of locomotives in Record Group 14. You might wish to consult Reference Information Paper 116 - Records Relating to Railroads in the Cartographic Section of the National Archives (2010). Engineering drawings of locomotives, if they exist among accessioned federal records at NARA, would be in the custody of the Cartographic unit. You can contact the unit directly at carto@nara.gov.
You might also wish to contact the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society, Inc. for information about engineering drawings of locomotives for the World War I period.
