Thank you for your question to the HistoryHub. A quick search of the National Archives Catalog retrieved one relevant series entitled Rolls of Federal Prisoners who enlisted in the Confederate Army, 1862-1905 from Record Group 249: Records of the Commissary General of Prisoners. There are references specifically to Tucker's Confederate Regiment within the General Notes field of the description. These records are in the custody of the National Archives in Washington, DC. For more information and access to these records, please contact them at archives1reference@nara.gov. Best of luck in your research!

2 people found this helpfulHello Ms. Morelli,
I consulted with our Army reference team in Washington D.C. RG 109 has surrender rolls by location. You may email the archives1reference@nara.gov with location and regiment for more information.
Also, feel free to visit the D.C. National Archives to see the records in person. We have the parole lists prepared by location in our finding aids room to order the records for research.
I hope this information helps you.
