Dear Mr. Tallon,
Thank you for contacting History Hub. Records of consular posts (in Record Group 84) are all located at the National Archives at College Park, Maryland (Archives 2). Many of the records have been microfilmed, and copies of these may be available at the National Archives at Atlanta.
Here is a listing of all of the Microfilm Publications relating to consular records. At the upper right hand corner of the page, click on the arrow to show all entries. Note the publication numbers in which you are interested in viewing.
If you don’t see any suitable records from this list:
Click here for a listing of all series of consular records in the National Archives Catalog.
For information on how to access the original records and order reproductions, contact Archives2Reference@nara.gov.
If you are unable to travel to College Park, a list of professional researchers for hire is available here: https://www.archives.gov/research/hire-help/topics.html?topic=diplomatic-records.
Best of luck in your endeavor!
