Japanese Internment Film "Topaz"

I'm hoping someone from the Library of Congress may be able to help out with this one. I'm trying to track down Dave Tatsuno's home movies of the Topaz internment camp in Utah during WWII. The film "Topaz" was added to the Library of Congress' National Film Registry in 1996, and I'm wondering if there is copy available for viewing anywhere. Thanks!
