Thank you for contacting History Hub!
The National Archives' National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, MO, has created a web page to answer information requests about morning reports and rosters [https://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/morning-reports-and-unit-rosters.html]. This page should answer your questions in full.
We wish you all the best in your research!
Sincerely,
Katharine Seitz

joan stachnik Apr 18, 2018 2:02 PM (in response to Katharine Seitz)Ms Seitz, I have a follow-up question on your above response. The NARA website states that army rosters for 1944-46 were destroyed. But these are available on microfilm at the St. Louis facility? Also, does the St. Louis facility have morning reports for the Army Air Corp from WWII? thank you, joan stachnik

Elliot Schneider Apr 18, 2018 8:43 PM (in response to joan stachnik)1 person found this helpfulI received them in about 6 most, they are very limited and does take time to respond. But well worth the wait. I was able to obtain General Orders on my grandfather based on his discharge papers.
