Thank you for posting your request to History Hub!
In the National Archives Catalog, we located a 10-page “Annual Medical Services Activities Report” for 1966 in a folder titled 1960-1969: USARV [United States Army Vietnam] - 41st Medical Detachment which is part of the series title Medical Unit Annual Reports, 1950-1969. We also located 41st Medical Detachment Command Health Reports for August, October & December 1966 (10 pages each) in a folder titled Detachments - 41st Medical which is part of a series titled Command Health Reports for United States Army Units in Vietnam, ca. 1964 - ca. 1969. Both series are in the Records of the Office of the Surgeon General (Army) (Record Group 112). For access to these records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) via email at archives2reference@nara.gov and provide them with a copy of this reply.
We also searched the Records of the United States Forces in Southeast Asia, 1950-1975 (Record Group 472) and the Records of United States Army, Pacific (Record Group 550) but were unable to locate additional information.
We hope that this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
