A search of the National Archives Catalog reveals several series in the custody of the National Archives at Washington, DC - Textual Reference (RDT1) such as Papers Relating to Female Nurses in the Civil War, 1861 - 1865; Carded Service Records of Hospital Attendants, Matrons and Nurses, 1861 - 1865; Carded Medical Statements of Hospital Attendants, Matrons and Nurses, 1861 - 1865; and Duty Station Records of Hospital Attendants, Matrons and Nurses, 1861 - 1861 that may contain the information you seek. Please email RDT1 via archives1reference@nara.gov for access to these records
There also may be information in the American National Red Cross (ANRC) collection in the custody of the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2). Please contact RDT2 via archives2reference@nara.gov for a search of these records.
