1800-1801 court-martial at Ft. Wilkinson, George

I am seeking information on a court-martial that may have taken place at Fort Winchester, Georgia, in 1800 or 1801.  The defendant was Captain William Devin (sometimes spelled Diven or Divin); the plaintiff was a lieutenant named Heiskell.  The orderly book for this period exists but appears to be in private hands.  I have searched Fold3 without success.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
