Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the General Records of the Department of State (Record Group 59) and located a series titled Domestic Letters, 1784 - 1906 of the Office of the Secretary. This series has been digitized and available via the National Archives Catalog. Volume 18 of this series consists correspondence dated September 3, 1822 to March 4, 1825, to various citizens and officials of the U.S. Government, the House of Representatives, and the Senate.
We hope this information is helpful.
