Dear Ms. Thorburn,
Thank you for contacting the History Hub!
We searched the Records of the Office of the Provost Marshal General (Record Group 389) and located general correspondence, inspection & field reports, and correspondence related to camp inactivation of Camp Douglas. No separate detention rosters of Camp Douglas were located but we were able to locate extensive lists of all German & Italian POWs held by the U.S. during WWII. Unfortunately, the lists do not indicate the names of the POW camp in which they were held.
