Thank you for your question to the HistoryHub. You are correct in assuming that these records would be contained within Record Group 260: Records of the U.S. Occupational Headquarters, World War II. When we conducted a search of our online catalog using "fragebogen" as a keyword search within Record 260. It is likely that the series you are looking for is Fragebogen Files relating to Denazification, 1945-1948. Unfortunately, these files haven't been digitized. These records are in the custody of the National Archives in College Park, MD. If you are looking for specific people, please email them at archives2reference@nara.gov. Best of luck in your research!
