We double-checked Ancestry.com and you are correct, the 1860 US Census for Tarrant County, TX is missing. We suggest that you contact the National Archives I Reference Section (RDTR1), National Archives Main Building, 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20408-0001. The email address is archives1reference@nara.gov. They may know why that county is not listed.
