Medal of Honor Citation

Hello all.  I am new to this site and I have a feeling I know the answer to this question but I am going to ask anyway as I hope I am wrong.  My wife and I recently had our first child and named him after a Medal of Honor recipient.  I am attempting to put together some items to create a shadow box for him for when he is older.  As a part of this, I am hoping to obtain a copy of the veteran's Medal of Honor citation.  The veteran is deceased and I am not his next of kin.  The medal was awarded for actions in Afghanistan during OEF.  Is there a way for me to obtain a copy of this citation?  I am not seeking any personnel records or anything else, just the citation.  If anyone can help with this, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you!
