Confederate Slave Rolls

Years ago I used RG109 The Slave Rolls.  I found a name index for the slave owner that led me to the pay roll containing my ancestors name. I have tried to find this record on the digital database but I cannot find it. Are the Slave Rolls and Pay Rolls fully digitized?
