WHY A PRISON SENTENCED ON A GRAFT RECIEVE'S 20YRS IN A FEDERAL PRISON WITH NEVER HAVING ONE INCIDENT AND NEVER BEING ALOUD TO POSSIBLY BE OUT FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR AS 13 YRS WITH THIS MODEL PRISONER BEHAVIOR WHY IS THEIR NO CHANCE OF PAROLE? HE DIDN'T HARM ANYBODY.

          Dear Mam,

I am not an attorney or NARA staff member, but I would think that the case file information may consist of sensitive personal information? There may be regulations concerning personal information as to maintain safety and security. To receive access to personal information there are specific channels and consents that an individual can follow toward a family member or significant other that is incarcerated. The Federal Bureau of Prisons does have a locator and website. Please review the public website and contact the appropriate facility toward any concerns. Hopefully this can answer some of your questions.

              Dear Mam,

The following BOP Program Statement addresses the issues toward Good Time. It seems that parole may be a factor under the sate laws, but under the Federal system, Parole is not addressed after the 1987 time frame. Please review the Program Statement below as to understand the federal policy.

                Dear Mam,

I have located the Dept. of Justice statement toward the federal Parole policy, and inmates incarcerated prior to 1987. Please review the information at the DOJ web site. I hope this helps you understand the process and regulations.

The United States Marshals Service and the Federal Bureau of Prisons assigns a eight digit "Register Number" to all offenders in the following format:  XXXXX-0XX.   The last three digits signify the district wherein the offender was arrested and or processed into the system.  In large districts, where over 100,000 people have been processed, the '"0" is replaced with a "1".  The three digit codes and the district location are listed below:
