In 1853 the Headquarters of the U.S. Boundary Commission (between U.S. and Mexico) was in 1853 in San Diego, CA
I need documentation of this fact.
The First San Diego Courthouse was built and completed July 1847 in San Diego. CA. It is stated by the California State Parks that this was the Headquarters for the U. S. Boundary Commission in 1853. Do you have any documentation that states this fact?? I need this for placement of a historical marker.
