1 person found this helpfulDear Ms. Knight,
Thank you for contacting History Hub.
U.S. Army general courts-martials prior to 1917 are in the custody of NARA's Archives I Reference Section (RDTR1), National Archives Main Building, 700 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20408-0001. The email address is archives1reference@nara.gov.
Many of these cases have been digitized and may be available online via fold3 (https://www.fold3.com/), for a fee. Access to these digitized records are available free of charge in all NARA Research Rooms, including those in our regional archives and Presidential Libraries.
We hope that this information is helpful for your research.
