Why so long to sign into the 1950 census?

Our website developers are aware that people are having problems and are working on solutions.  I myself have had the problem of never receiving a code at one of my personal email addresses.  My solution is to use a different personal email address that seems to have no trouble receiving it.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
