The family's address was on the reverse side. Was the data from these self-enumeration forms ever compiled into a listing for the ED, similar to what we typically see when we see census data for a neighborhood collected by an enumerator? My parents and grandparents and many aunts and uncles were all in Franklin County, Ohio, where self-enumeration was also being tested. It's kind of cool to see their own handwriting on the forms, but lacking the information on the second page is very unfortunate.
Kim: Sadly, the other side of the form was not microfilmed - and no, the information was not compiled onto standard forms like those where an enumerator did the work. The Enumeration District (ED) description (and maps) provided on our website with the ED will at least indicate the boundaries of the area in which they lived.
