Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located the World War II Operations Reports, 1940-1948 in the Records of the Adjutant General's Office, 1917 - 1985 (Record Group 407) that includes the general orders (GOs) of the 7th Army during WWII. See below for the number of GOs per year and the container:
- GO 1-42 (1943) in Box 2121
- GO 1-138 (1944) in Box 2121, and
- GO 1-690 (1945) in Boxes 2121 - 2122
