Obstruction scanned blocking information on the sheet.

I viewed the New York, Kings ED 24-2323 and on page 28 I saw that there was an obstruction copied along with the sheet. Said obstruction was blocking several lines on the sheet. Is it possible to rescan that page? Thank you, in advance.

Hello,

If you look at the next page (page 29 of New York, Kings, 24-2323) it appears the microfilm camera operator corrected the obstruction and retook the photograph of that sheet.
