Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble resetting your password. The password reset email can take some time to arrive and can sometimes be in a spam or junk mail folder. However it is possible your primary account may have been deactivated. For security purposes, accounts that have not been used for one year are automatically deactivated. Please contact us at historyhub@nara.gov from the email address associated with your primary account and we will be glad to assist you in reactivating your account.
