Coreen Rockefeller: Can you specify state and county, please? It's hard to determine what the problem is without that information.

Coreen: Thanks for the additional information. The (PT) in 14-26 (PT) means "part" - part of ED 14-26 is one map and part on another map. If you go back to the maps, you'll see that page 2 of the maps has a tiny sliver of ED 14-26 at the bottom while the bulk of ED 14-26 is on map page 3.
ED 14-26 was divided into two separate Enumeration Districts. ED 14-26A was Greenhaven State Prison. ED 14-26B was the bulk of Beekman Town.
Here is the direct link to ED 14-26B: https://1950census.archives.gov/search/?county=Dutchess&ed=14-26B&page=1&state=NY
I hope this helps!
