I created a new account for myself because my primary account is locked out; the error message claims I'm signed in on another device, but that is incorrect.
And of course since I can't sign in I can't post a support request.
Can you please reset whatever flag is set on my primary account that's preventing me from signing in?

The "Too many devices" error will sometimes occur if a user has trouble logging in but then switches to another browser or device. Generally the issue will resolve itself within 30-60 minutes.
