1 person found this helpfulAccording to the Texas State Library and Archives they have access to vital statistics indices that could help narrow down the date of death for Andrew and Lumanda. The State Department of Public Health and Vital Statistics started keeping records in 1903. The Texas State Archives does not have access to the certificates themselves. After finding your ancestors you'll need to contact State Health Services, Vital Statistics Unit. All of this information can be found here: Texas Vital Statistics Indexes | TSLAC .
You may also want to contact the Dallum County (TX) Clerk's Office County and District Clerk. The Dallum-Hartley County Library might also be of assistance Dallam-Hartley County Library .
Let us know if this helps.
