I am not sure now after trying to research the Indiana prison, if it burn to the ground or not. Are you able to find photos around 1862? I know my 3x great grandpa was released from prison but not sure of that date. Anything you can find would be a great help. I appreciate you reply.

Confederate prisoners held in Indiana were held at Camp Morton. Kelly is right in that we can't search for individual people and it would be unlikely that there is a photo of your ancestor. A good place to start would be the following catalog entry:
