Seeking a translation of Clara (Gordon Orr) Zenner's death record

    Calvin Wylie Wayfarer

I have a death record of Clara (Gordon Orr) Zenner from 1945 Torgau, Germany.  I am having trouble deciphering the handwriting and I don't know German enough to get clues.  Could someone help me in translating to reasonable English?  In particular, I am interested in the cause of death at the bottom but also would like to know what the entire document says. Thanks in advance. Here is a link to the scanned document. https://drive.google.com/file/d/15QPPuFgr-FtKG2pkoJYMMPYbKV9wVS32/view?usp=sharing.

Thanks for the excellent help.  I would never have deciphered the handwriting.
